We have drawn together a collection of some of the most exciting and promising work, produced by emerging photographic talent in the UK today.

Our aim is to promote and celebrate aspiring photographers, giving them a platform to display work and ideas. We encourage feedback and peer review, so that we can encourage creative discussions that will benefit all involved.

The Phoebus Journal is produced by a small team of dedicated photographers, designers and publishers. We are based in Oxford and London and strive to keep abreast of developments across the arts.
